Director of Property Tax

Gary Sanders is the Director of Property Tax at Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. Gary Sanders primary responsibilities include managing and interpreting the ad valorem tax cycle for valuation reductions and facilitating the timely payment of property taxes for the company’s portfolio of assets.

Prior to joining Pillar, Gary was a member of the Tarrant County Appraisal Review Board where he specialized in commercial property valuations and resolved several thousand valuation protests per year via formal hearings between property owners, tax agents, and the appraisal district.

Gary is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Texas Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He is also a licensed Texas Property Tax Consultant
