Vice President, Project Development

RL Lemke is the Vice President of Project Development at Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. He is the head of development for Windmill Farms and Travis Ranch Marina, both located in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Windmill Farms is a Special District that functions as a privatized city. Currently, Windmill Farms has over 14,000 residents and will be home to over 50,000 when completed.

Prior to joining Pillar, RL has managed land projects from Puerto Rico to Hawaii, New England to the Olympic Peninsula. RL has worked on development projects that range from commercial tracts to the 164 square mile Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. He brings a wealth of experience in dealing with regulatory issues, including environmental, transportation, entitlements, flood plain, wetlands, and water rights.

RL has his BA from the University of Nebraska, JD Creighton University.
