Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Operations

Alex Luce is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Operations for Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. and Regis Realty Prime, LLC.  He oversees all property and asset management activities as well as the operating performance of the commercial property portfolio, which includes office, retail and industrial properties located across four states.

Alex has over 25 years’ experience in asset management.  Prior to joining the Pillar, he was the managing director of Orix Capital Markets, a national firm that provides leasing, capital and asset management services to middle-market real estate clients.  Before that he also worked in asset management at Rockwood Realty Associates and ING Realty Partners.

Alex has BBA in Finance from Pace University in New York.
