Senior Vice President, Land Management 

Steve Maglisceau is the Senior Vice President of Land Management for Pillar and its client companies.  Steve is responsible for planning, development, and management for all Pillar affiliated company land projects, including Windmill Farms.  Windmill Farms and is a freshwater district in Kaufman County, Texas covering over 2,000 acres that includes that planned development of over 8,800 single family homes, 1.5 million square feet of commercial property development and 1,600 units of multifamily development.

Steve brings extensive background in land development. Prior to joining Pillar, he served as VP Land Acquisition and Development of Megatel Homes.  He has also worked for several other home builder and real estate development firms in the Dallas area.  In addition, Steve is U.S. Army veteran.

Steve has a BA from Allegheny College, a MBA from University of North Texas and a JD from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Texas bar.
