Martha A. Dibella
Senior Vice President, Multi-Family Residential Operations
Martha Dibella serves as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Residential Operations for Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. and its affiliated companies. She oversees all property and asset management activities of the multi-family portfolio of properties, which consists of over 50 apartment communities located across eight states.
Martha brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, and community and economic development. Prior to joining Pillar, she served as Director of Asset Management for Alamo Manhattan, a luxury multifamily mixed-use development firm, and for Ashland Greene Capital in the value-add space. Martha also served as VP of Asset Management for the Billingsley Company, which more than quadrupled the multifamily portfolio during her seven-year tenure.
An FHA-financing expert, Martha started her career in the public sector where she managed the development pipeline for FHA multifamily insurance for HUD’s Southwest Region and was a national subject matter expert in workload distribution and project management.
Martha received a BA in Political Science from the University of Denver on an NCAA Division 1 basketball scholarship. When not out walking the Katy Trail with her dog Gary, she can be found watching hockey, her loyalty torn between the Dallas Stars and her hometown team, the Colorado Avalanche.
