Executive Vice President, Corporate Treasurer

Gina Kay is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Treasurer of Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. She is responsible for managing the company’s corporate accounting operations and oversees the Commercial Property accounting operations. Gina is responsible for managing the company’s global treasury operations and overseeing multi-national banking relationships. She also acts as Corporate Controller of the operations division for the company and commercial property management group.

Prior to joining Pillar, Gina was the Controller for 10 years at Pacific USA Holdings Corp., an international real estate and bank holding company. Before that, she worked in Tax Development for Coopers & Lybrand.

Gina received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Dallas where she also completed her graduate studies in accounting.
