Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Dispositions

Richard “Dic” Humphrey is a Senior Vice President of the Acquisitions and Dispositions of Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Humphrey has been involved in acquiring and disposing of assets for ownership entities advised by Pillar.

Mr. Humphrey has been with Pillar since January of 1990. Prior to Pillar, beginning in 1980, he served in a similar capacity as President of Southmark Equities Corporation, a subsidiary of Southmark Corporation (predecessor to Pillar). Notably, Mr. Humphrey has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of American Realty Trust, Inc.

Mr. Humphrey has his BBA and MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in Real Estate at SMU and Mountain View College.
