Senior Vice President, Development

Jon brings over 25 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry and has managed the development of over $1 billion of high density and garden-style traditional multifamily and student housing communities across the United States.

He has worked with major development companies such as JPI Student Living Development, Echelon Residential, Carbon Residential, and Place Properties. Most recently, Jon served as Executive Vice President of Fountain Residential Partners where he focused on new ground up development of multifamily properties across the country.

Jon is well versed in every aspect of multifamily development, acquisitions, and asset management from market and site/asset selection through the underwriting and permitting processes, to construction, lease-up, and asset management oversight.

Jon received a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin
